Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

The fantastic taste of pumpkins made into a Christmas cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, unsalted room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2-1/4 cups AP flour
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 cup semi sweet morsels

Recipe Notes

  1. Cream together the sugars and butter until smooth.2. Add the vanilla, egg and pumpkin puree and blend until combined.
  2. Sift together the dry ingredients and add to the mixture until incorporated.
  3. Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips.
  4. On a parchment-lined baking sheet in a 350-degree oven bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove to a rack and cool.
