Skip the cinnamon to flavor the scones however you like.
Heat oven to 350°F
Mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar until thoroughly mixed. Add heavy cream until mixture comes together. Do NOT overmix! Flaten on a lightly floured surface and cut out with 2" circle cutters. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake for 25-35 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy with butter or peach jam.
